Suichuan Yaheng Circuits Co., Ltd. is a hig-tech enterprise concentrate on high-precision PCB manufacturing. Established in June 2017 with a total  investments of 80 million RMB, the company owns independent factory building and self-purchased land. Phase I factory covers an area of 12000 square meters, and monthly PCB production capacity is 100000 square meter. Phase II factory has 18000 square meters, monthly pcb production capacity 150000 square meters, starts mass production on August 2023. Currently we have total staffs around 500 person, including more than 30 engineering technicians and 70 quality control personnel.

Yaheng Circuit has advanced manufacturing equipment, including laser drilling machine, horizontal electroless copper plating line, vertical continous plating(VCP), high-speed drlling machine, laminating line, AOI automatic optical r, CNC milling machine, automatic V-CUT machine,  vacuum Etching machine tunnel oven, Laser Direct Imaging(LDI) exposure machine, automatic hole checker, automatic testing machine, Automatic visual inspection(AVI) etc., all processes can be completed in the factory. Till now we have got around 20 patents on PCB production.

Yaheng circuits have successively passed ceertifications such as ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, UL, CQC. It commits to use Nanya, Shengyi, Kingboard (KB), Class A military materials. Laminate inspection reports are always available. 

The comprehensive product pass rate is over 99%, and the product delivery on-time rate is over 98%.
